At GLIMRS, we're committed to ensuring your new timepiece arrives safely and swiftly. We offer complimentary shipping across Europe for all orders exceeding €39.
For international deliveries outside Europe, a nominal shipping fee will be applied, visible at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Within Europe: 1-3 working days
- Rest of the World: 2-4 working days
Returns
Our return process is hassle-free. For European orders, there is a return charge of €5,95.
For returns from countries outside Europe, a minimal shipping fee is added, which varies by location.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@glimrs.com.
Return Policy:
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to initiate a return.
- The item(s) must be in their original condition, with all labels, protective films, and the plastic stopper on the crown intact. Items must be unused and in their original packaging for a return to be accepted.
- Once we receive your return, we'll send you an email notification. Please allow up to 14 days for the processing of your return.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please inform us immediately at support@glimrs.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Upon inspection, if we find the product defect was not caused by the customer, we will either repair or replace the item at no additional cost. We will also reimburse any expenses incurred in returning the faulty product.
