  • Customer: A natural person of legal age, not purchasing for the purposes of a profession or business, who enters into an agreement with GLIMRS.
  • Order: An agreement between GLIMRS and the customer for the delivery of one or more products, accepted by GLIMRS.

APPLICABILITY

ORDERS ON THE WEBSITE

  • Service Availability: GLIMRS offers worldwide shipping under the Demercio brand. Customers should be over 16 years old and buying as consumers, not for resale.
  • Purchase Procedure: Personal details required for purchase will be protected under our Privacy Policy. An Order Confirmation email from GLIMRS confirms acceptance and forms a binding contract.
  • Refusal of Order: GLIMRS retains the right to refuse or cancel orders for various reasons, including but not limited to stock unavailability or suspicion of fraud, without the need to compensate beyond refunding any payments made.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

  • Currency: All transactions are in Euros.
  • Value Added Tax (VAT): Prices include a 21% VAT applicable within the Netherlands. International customers might incur additional charges depending on their location.
  • Payment Methods: GLIMRS supports several secure payment options. Transactions are processed in real-time, ensuring data integrity.

DELIVERY

  • Delivery is conducted via postal services and their international partners. Accurate delivery information and a contact number are essential to avoid complications.
  • Delivery Terms: While GLIMRS aims for prompt delivery within the estimated times, it is not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery information or external factors beyond its control.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

  • Products can be returned within 14 days in their original state. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and risks.

WARRANTY AND REPAIR

  • A one-year warranty covers GLIMRS products for manufacturing and material defects under normal use, not including damage from misuse or unauthorized repairs.

FORCE MAJEURE

  • GLIMRS is exempt from liability for delays or failure to perform obligations due to factors beyond its reasonable control.

PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

  • Complying with Dutch privacy legislation, GLIMRS (under Demercio) ensures the security of customer data, which is used solely for order fulfillment and promotional purposes with customer consent.

APPLICABLE LAWS

  • Dutch law governs the agreement between GLIMRS and its customers, irrespective of the order's origin or destination.
